Master hair stylist since 1984. Owner of Black Beautiful Styles, formally Tammy’s Place in San Antonio. Member of the Alamo City Beauty & Barber Association, Texas State Association, and Beauty Culturist League #47. Pursuing continuing education in various areas, such as Trichology, and regularly participating in Trade and Fashion shows. Appeared on the television talk show The Beauty in You hosted by Beverly Shippy in 1988.
In addition to hair styling/shaping, Tammy also treats hair conditions and advises customers on ways to maintain healthy hair between appointments. She has received many certificates, awards, and trophies for outstanding performance and achievements in various cosmetology specialized areas.
